The price of a 1-bedroom Riga apartment (double bed, occupancy 1-2) is EUR 45 per night. A Riga flat with 2 bedrooms is rented at 60 EUR/night. A 2-bedroom flat can feature two double beds, or one sofa + one double bed (the sofa can be turned into a bed at night). Payment is accepted in EUR, Latvian Lats or US Dollars according to the current exchange rate. Payment is generally upon arrival, and a security deposit of 50 or 100 EUR (depending on type of apartment and duration of stay) must be added to the price of your riga flat. This amount will be returned on your departure.
Prices for Riga apartments are negotiable for longer stays or for regular Riga Holidays returning customers. We can also arrange airport pickup for you, if you are arriving on a late evening flight you will meet one of our drivers at the airport, and he will take you straight to your Riga apartment, without the hassle of finding your way in a new place.
