Rigaholidays require all advertisers both companies and private owners to keep to the terms and conditions stated. We do not accept advertising application without an e-mailed or faxed confirmation agreeing to be bound by the following.

Rigaholidays cannot be held responsible for incorrect details sent to us by advertisers. We do reserve the right to edit advertising copy if the text is offensive or if the text exceeds the allowance given to advert booked. We also reserve the right to alter incorrect grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Advertisers are required to keep property details up to date at all times and should contact Rigaholidays immediately to inform us of any changes.
